Workplace Health & Safety Policy

GroundAbility prioritises the health and safety of our team, clients, and the public in all installation and maintenance work.

We are committed to:

  • Training all staff in safe work methods and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Following safe work method statements (SWMS) and complying with WHS regulations in all activities.
  • Identifying and managing hazards on-site through pre-installation assessments.
  • Maintaining clean and secure work areas to minimise risks.

We adhere to relevant Australian health and safety legislation and continually review our practices to ensure high safety standards.

Terms and Conditions

By engaging GroundAbility for synthetic grass installation, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work:

Work will be performed as outlined in your approved quote. Any variations must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

Deposits & Payments:

A deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure installation dates and materials. Balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

Site Access:

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the worksite. Delays due to access issues may affect project timelines.

Client Responsibilities:

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals. Our role does not include engineering assessment or certification unless expressly agreed upon.

Guarantee:

Our synthetic turf products are backed by manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 5 – 10 years depending on the product type.

Limitation of Liability:

GroundAbility shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.
